"eTransform Africa" Report by the World Bank & the African Development Bank

The eTransform Africa report, produced by the World Bank and the African Development Bank, addresses the potential of ICTs (particularly mobile phones) to change business models in key sectors for Africa. The transformation of various sectors is discussed, including agriculture, climate change adaptation, education, and health, to name a few.
This project is intended to raise awareness and inspire action among African governments and development practitioners. The full report and a 19-page executive summary are now available online.
